🇪🇸 Spain’s PM warns the U.S. about dragging allies into another Middle East war

Pedro Sánchez recalled that 23 years ago Washington pulled its allies into the Iraq War under the pretext of eliminating weapons of mass destruction and bringing democracy.

According to him, the result was the opposite — a surge in jihadist terrorism, a migration crisis in the Eastern Mediterranean, and a sharp rise in energy prices and the cost of living.
